Products and Orders

Most Bomont House products are handmade and made to order. Product appearance, wood grain, color tone, texture, and other natural characteristics may vary slightly from photographs due to the nature of wood and handmade production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and customization details before placing an order.

For custom-made products, production will be based on the measurements, specifications, colors, and other details provided or approved by the customer.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

For United States orders, standard shipping and standard import/customs charges are included where stated in our Shipping Policy or product information.

Payments

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed or otherwise approved.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or other reasonable circumstances.

Custom Orders and Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements and customization information.

Bomont House is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer when the product has been correctly manufactured according to the confirmed information.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity, production capacity, shipping conditions, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are custom-made, certain products may not be eligible for return or cancellation after production has started.
